Competition

The inaugural competition to determine who gets the title “World Champion Military Band” the will happen in the late summer of 2025 in Las Vegas, United States of America. We have a list of countries which we will invite to attend the first competition.

The first competition will comprise of a military band from each of the 12 invited nations. The bands will take part in three separate public musical competitions. Each band will be judged on the same three elements.

These are the competition elements:

• 1st Element: March Competition. Each band will play an “own choice” march and a “set piece” march,
• 2nd Element: A 30- minute outdoor public display,
• 3rd Element: A 45-minute own choice public entertainment concert on a stage,

A team of 5 independent adjudicators will be appointed to judge each of the elements.
